Reasons for Appearance Defect of Rubber Sleeve Cable

The bearing line of the die sleeve is too long or too short, the die opening is not smooth and the aperture is too large; The temperature of the machine head, die opening or body is low; Small rubber plasticity may cause the surface of the rubber sleeve cable to be not smooth.
1. The bearing line of the die sleeve is too long or too short, the die opening is not smooth and the aperture is too large; The temperature of the machine head, die or fuselage is low; Small plasticity of rubber material may cause the surface of rubber sleeve cable to be not smooth.
2. The supplied rubber is unclean and contains impurities. The scorch time of rubber material is too short; The temperature of the extruded rubber body, head or die is too high; The flow of rubber in the head is not smooth, and there are dead corners where rubber material stays. The screw is not smooth, viscose, etc. may cause clinker particles (early vulcanized rubber particles) or impurities on the surface of rubber-sheathed cable.
3. The mold sleeve is not smooth and has no chamfer. Impurities or cooked rubber particles block the die opening; Scratching the pipe in the vulcanization pipe; The small aperture of the rubber gasket sealed at the outlet of the vulcanization pipe may cause scratches and abrasions on the surface of the rubber cable.
4. The aperture of the mold sleeve is too large; The gap between the outer strands and monofilaments of the conductive wire core is too large, and the outer diameter of the cable core is uneven. Rubber material has small plasticity and poor viscosity. Impurities in rubber material; Small distance to die and small pressure may lead to collapse of the surface of rubber-sheathed cable.
5. The aperture of the die sleeve is too small; Insufficient extrusion of rubber material, filling the gap of wire core; Conductive wire core or cable core jumper; Short distance to die may lead to hemp pattern on the surface of rubber-sheathed cable.
