Photovoltaic cable is a kind of electron beam cross link cable, rated temperature is 120 ℃, the radiation cross link material, with high mechanical strength. The cross-link process changes the chemical structure of the polymer, the meltable thermoplastic material is converted to a non-meltable elastomer material, and the cross-link radiation significantly improves the thermal, mechanical and chemical properties of the cable insulation material, and can withstand harsh weather conditions and mechanical shocks in the equipment. According to the international standard IEC216, the service life of photovoltaic cables produced by our company is 8 times that of rubber cables and 32 times that of PVC cables in outdoor environments. These cables and components are not only weather, UV and ozone resistant, but also can withstand a wider range of temperature changes: from -40°C to 125°C.
